We're looking for a driven and creative Social Media Manager to elevate our brand across key social platforms, including, but not limited to, Twitter, Discord, WeChat, and Telegram. As a crypto-native individual, you should have a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape and be able to create engaging and fun content, including memes, that resonate with our community and reflect the Econia Labs brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content, including memes, graphics, and videos, that align with the Econia Labs brand and messaging.
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as Twitter, Discord, WeChat, and Telegram.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay current with best practices.
- Engage with our community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, within the web3 space.
- Strong understanding of DeFi, blockchain, and Web3.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement.
- Creative, analytical, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
